Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using HookFlow via the monday.com Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description & Architecture

HookFlow is an asynchronous webhook buffering utility. We act strictly as a pass-through data conduit between your external applications and monday.com. Under standard operations, HookFlow processes incoming payloads exclusively in temporary serverless memory[cite: 1].

Data is only temporarily queued in an encrypted state if the destination monday.com board explicitly rejects a payload due to rate limits or platform unavailability, and is permanently deleted upon a successful retry[cite: 1].

3. Strict Prohibition of Sensitive Data

HookFlow is NOT designed, intended, or authorized to process, transmit, or temporarily store highly regulated sensitive data.

You explicitly agree that you will NOT configure external applications to send the following types of data to your HookFlow endpoints:

  • Protected Health Information (PHI) subject to HIPAA or similar health privacy laws.
  • Payment Card Industry (PCI) data, including unencrypted credit card numbers.
  • Highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as Social Security Numbers, government IDs, or biometric data.

Any transmission of such data through HookFlow is done entirely at your own risk and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Explicit Disclaimer of Liability for Data

While HookFlow implements security measures—including payload encryption and secure database access—no digital transmission or storage system is completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookFlow, its founders, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, use, alteration, deletion, or disclosure of your data.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the contents of the payloads you route through our service, and you agree to indemnify and hold HookFlow harmless from any legal claims, regulatory fines, or damages resulting from a data breach, intercepted payload, or leaked information originating from your use of the service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing, subscription management, and payment processing are handled entirely through the monday.com WorkOS Marketplace[cite: 1]. Your subscription terms, including fees, upgrades, and billing cycles, are governed by your agreement with monday.com.

6. Limitation of Liability & "As Is" Provision

HookFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
